Return Policy
Designs for U
stands behind the quality of our products and feels that you will be
absolutely ecstatic with your order. However, if you do not like an
item for any reason, you may return it. 14-Day Notification All returns must be authorized and approved no later than Day 14 of delivery. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging in saleable (new) condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be made in the same manner of the original purchase. We will deduct the original shipping charge on items that were shipped free. Items will be processed as a “returned” item if shipment is refused for any reason other than damaged and if an item is claimed as damaged and it is not. Returned items should be insured for your protection. Please call us at (888) 806-SHOP to receive a “RETURN TO STOCK” number. Absolutely no items will be accepted without prior authorization. After 14 DaysUnfortunately, we
will not be able to honor any claims after Day 14 of delivery.
Damaged Merchandise Within 48 Hours In the event that an item is damaged in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery or your damage claim will be invalid. You must retain all original packaging materials and the labels must be legible. Please call us at (888) 806-SHOP to receive a “DAMAGE” claim number and to receive further instructions. Absolutely no items will be accepted without a “DAMAGE” claim number. Damaged merchandise
will be replaced with the same item. After 48 HoursUnfortunately, we
will not be able to honor any damage claims reported after 48 hours
of delivery. Missing Shipments Any claims for missing shipments must be made no later than Day 15 of shipping or claim will not be honored. All items are shipped within 1-3 days unless otherwise notified.
